Thursday, 2/9: Paula Radcliff was very through and prompt. I was recovering from the influenza A, but still suffering from a persistent cough. She ordered a chest x-ray for me, which was negative for pneumonia, and she promptly call me back with the results.
But it is now Sunday, 2/12, three days later. I am no better. I still have a persistent, deep cough. All I am taking is Mucinex DM and Benzonatate, two cough suppressants, but nothing appears to be working.
I will likely call Dr. Tagdiri's office again tomorrow (Monday, 2/13).

Paula was so nice ... and very helpful with her questions about my symptoms, she submitted a prescription immediately (which has helped immensely) and answered several other questions that I had that were unrelated.
